The vast majority of our small group adventures are guaranteed to depart. That means that once you book your trip it’s confirmed to run, regardless of how many other travellers have booked.
Good things come in small packages, which is why we keep our group sizes down. This means we’re small enough to remain flexible as we thread our way through communities without intimidating the locals. On most of our trips you’ll be part of an intimate group of 8-15 people, though our group sizes are on average 10 people. Our Overland trips are in purpose-built vehicles that can carry up to 16 travellers.
For balloon ride, most of our flights you’ll be part of an intimate group of 16-24 people in a basket.
You can use our link Reservation or Whatsapp us from +90 535 363 13 91 to make your reservation. We highly recommend you to make your reservation before your arriving so you don't have to worry about your pick up time, transfersor communication.
If you decide to cancel your trip, you can do so without any cancelation fee upto 1 week prior to the trip day. However, all cancelations made in less than 1 week to the flight day will cause a 50% penalty and 48 hours to the activities day will cause 100% penalty charge on your credit card.
For the ballon flight, if the flight cancelled because of weather conditions, we do not charge any amount from our clients.
We shall do our best to make changes as per your request and shall not charge you anything unless there is penalty charged by principal suppliers for making these changes.
We suggest you to see your “spam” folder, in some cases the e-mails sent by our team could be identified as inappropriate, especially if for any reason your spam filter is set at the highest level. If you are sure the problem does not depend on your email setting, we kindly ask you to resend your request.
